Ride.Register.Protect.

eRidePass is a digital passport for your e-bike or e-scooter. Keep proof of ownership, flag a theft and hand the bike on when you sell, all from your phone.

Pre-launch. Early access is by email.

Why a passport

A paper receipt shouldn't be the only proof it's yours.

E-bikes are worth thousands of dollars, and most owners could not prove which one is theirs. eRidePass keeps the details in one place that goes with the bike.

Proof you own it

Frame serial, photos, colour, purchase date and price, saved in one record instead of a drawer of receipts.

If it's stolen

Mark the bike as stolen in your passport, so anyone who scans it sees the report and you have the details ready for police and your insurer.

When you sell

Hand the passport to the next owner with the bike's history attached. Buyers can see what they are getting.

Scan to check

Each passport has a QR code that shows the bike's identity and status. Your personal details stay private.

How it works

Registered in a few minutes.

Pick your bike or scooter, find the frame serial with the on-screen guide, add a few photos and you're done.

Inside the passport

One record for the life of the bike.

The passport stays with the vehicle, not the owner, so its history survives a resale.

Identity
Make, model and frame serial. Colour and photos that help recognise the bike if it is ever stolen or sold.
Ownership
Registered owner, purchase date and price, and a transfer record each time the bike changes hands.
Service and warranty
Maintenance and warranty cover in a single lifetime record.
Verification
A QR code that confirms identity and status to a buyer, a shop or an insurer, with role-based access to anything personal.

A private ownership record, not a government register. eRidePass does not replace road rules, product standards or any state or federal scheme. It is designed to sit alongside them and carry whatever compliance information those schemes require.

Beyond the rider

Built for everyone who handles the bike.

Bike shops

Register a bike at the point of sale and give every customer a digital ownership record.

Manufacturers

Connect each bike's identity to its lifecycle, from first sale to resale.

Insurers

Check verified ownership and bike details when you quote or settle a claim.

Government

A practical way to show compliance and safety information to riders, with privacy built in.

We are looking for retailers and riders to join a small pilot. If that's you, get in touch.
